HOW IT WORKS

 We begin by assessing whether you meet the ATO’s compassionate release criteria. Most clients seeking treatment for addiction or mental health are eligible.

We manage the entire preparation process. This includes liaising with your treatment provider, working with your GP or medical specialist to obtain the necessary documentation, and organising your psychiatric assessment. We coordinate the entire medical reporting process to ensure everything meets ATO requirements. 

Once all documentation is in place, we guide you through the final submission process and ensure everything is lodged correctly. After approval, we prepare the next steps required by your superannuation fund to request the release of funds. We stay in close contact throughout to ensure nothing is missed — supporting you right through to payment and placement.
